National Convention 2026 holds Thursday 27th – Sunday 30th August 2026 at the Cathedral Church of St. Peter’s, Asaba (Diocese of Asaba), Delta State, on the theme “Rooted and Built Up in Him” (Colossians 2:7). Here is everything to pack and prepare before you set out.
Backpack essentials
Pack light but complete. At a minimum, bring:
- Writing pad and pen
- Bible and devotional materials
- Bedspread and blanket
- Comfortable clothing — including your native wear for Cultural Day
- Shoes and bathroom slippers
- Phone charger and an extension box
- Toiletries — toothbrush and paste, soap, sponge
- Deodorant and perfume
Helpful extras
- A reusable water bottle
- A face towel
- Any personal medications you take regularly
- An umbrella or light raincoat (August is the rainy season)
- A little cash for personal needs
Before you travel
- Claim your account on the portal. If you already filled the registration form, set up your ACCA portal login — this gives you your digital ID card, your permanent member number, and lets you check in at the venue. Here is how to claim your account & register →
- Complete your registration. Registration is ₦1,000 in advance (Early Bird, on or before 26th August) or ₦2,000 at the gate. Pay and upload your proof in the portal.
- Note your member ID. Save the permanent member number shown when you claim your account — you will use it to sign in and to check in at the event ground.
- Plan your journey. Aim to arrive on Thursday 27th August so you settle in before the opening session.
