CHILDREN ASSOCIATION

Our Sisterhood

The Sisters' Forum

A vibrant sisterhood of the daughters of Anglican clergy — growing together in faith, virtue, purpose and grace.

A gathering of grace

Daughters of the parsonage, sisters for life

The Sisters' Forum is the women's fellowship of the Anglican Clergy Children Association — the daughters of our clergy, drawn from every province and diocese of the Church of Nigeria. We are a sisterhood bound not only by our shared heritage in the parsonage, but by a common calling: to become women of virtue, faith and influence who reflect Christ in the home, the Church and the world.

Here, a young sister finds mentors and lifelong friends. Here, questions of faith, womanhood, career, marriage and calling are met not with judgement but with wisdom, prayer and honest sisterly counsel. We believe that when a clergy daughter is nurtured, encouraged and equipped, whole families and communities are blessed through her.

Our focus

Growing together, in every season

Spiritual growth

Prayer, the Word and liturgical grounding — raising sisters who are deeply rooted and spiritually strong.

Seminars & conferences

Regular seminars and conferences for the sisters — on faith, character, health, relationships and purpose.

Mentorship

Older sisters walking with younger ones — guidance on womanhood, calling, career and Christian living.

Welfare & care

Standing with sisters in need — through the Welfare Coordinator, no sister carries her burdens alone.

Empowerment

Encouraging education, enterprise and skills, so every sister can flourish and stand on her own.

Fellowship & sisterhood

Retreats, hangouts and a warm community where every daughter of the clergy truly belongs.

“She is clothed with strength and dignity; and she laughs without fear of the future.”

Proverbs 31:25

Come and belong.

Every daughter of the clergy has a place in this sisterhood.
